Syarat & Ketentuan ini ("Ketentuan") mengatur penggunaan Anda atas situs web idm.web.id, seluruh aplikasi Android yang diterbitkan oleh PT Ismaya Dewa Mitra ("IDM", "Kami"), serta layanan komersial yang Kami tawarkan. Dengan mengakses situs, mengunduh aplikasi, atau memesan layanan Kami, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan ini.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the idm.web.id website, all Android applications published by PT Ismaya Dewa Mitra ("IDM", "we"), and our commercial services. By accessing the site, downloading an app, or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.

• "Perusahaan" / "IDM" / "Kami" — PT Ismaya Dewa Mitra, berkedudukan di Kab. Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.PT Ismaya Dewa Mitra, based in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
• "Pengguna" / "Anda" — setiap individu yang mengakses situs, mengunduh aplikasi, atau memesan layanan Kami.any individual accessing the site, downloading an app, or ordering our services.
• "Layanan" — seluruh produk digital dan non-digital yang Kami sediakan.all digital and non-digital products we provide.

Kami mengembangkan dan menerbitkan 40+ aplikasi Android di Google Play Store, mencakup kategori produktivitas, utilitas, edukasi, permainan, dan budaya. Sebagian besar aplikasi gratis dan didanai iklan (Google AdMob) dan/atau pembelian dalam aplikasi opsional.

Seluruh merek dagang, logo, source code, desain antarmuka, basis data konten budaya, dan materi lain yang dipublikasikan IDM dilindungi hukum kekayaan intelektual Indonesia. Anda tidak diperkenankan menyalin, merekayasa balik, atau mengeksploitasi Konten Kami secara komersial tanpa izin tertulis.

All trademarks, logos, source code, interface designs, cultural content databases, and other IDM-published materials are protected by Indonesian IP law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our Content without written permission.

• Menggunakan layanan untuk tujuan ilegal atau merugikan pihak lain;Using services for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
• Reverse engineering, dekompilasi, atau modifikasi tidak sah aplikasi;Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized modification of apps;
• Mengirim spam, malware, atau konten yang mengganggu sistem Kami;Sending spam, malware, or content disrupting our systems;
• Meniru identitas atau mengklaim afiliasi palsu dengan IDM.Impersonating or falsely claiming affiliation with IDM.

Situs, aplikasi, dan konten Kami disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" (as is). Sepanjang diizinkan hukum, IDM tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial. Untuk layanan berbayar, tanggung jawab Kami dibatasi maksimal sebesar nilai transaksi.

Our site, apps, and content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, IDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. For paid services, our liability is limited to the transaction amount.

Ketentuan ini diatur berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia. Perselisihan akan diselesaikan melalui musyawarah mufakat. Apabila tidak tercapai kesepakatan, sengketa dapat diajukan melalui BPSK atau Pengadilan Negeri sesuai domisili hukum Perusahaan di Jawa Timur.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through deliberation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the BPSK or competent District Court based on the Company's legal domicile in East Java.

Kami berhak memperbarui Ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan dianggap sebagai persetujuan atas Ketentuan yang diperbarui.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
